The germanic brooches of the Almgren II Type (Rollenkappenfibeln) were in general use in an area that is now southern Denmark and northern Germany. Some single specimens were found in Bohemiam, showing the migration of germanic tribes.  They were made from iron, bronze and silver and date in the phase B1, more or less the first half of the first century AD. Comparing other types of fibulae, this one was only in use in free Germania, not in the roman provinces.

Handcrafted from real bronze, fully operative with decorative spring spiral. Delivery with certificate.
