Buckle, based on an original find from the Winchester excavations, house 12. It dates to the mid of the 12th century AD.

The buckle can be used for belts, but also for shield carrying straps. In this purpose it was reconstructed for a Middle Ages and Crusader exhibition in Germany. Handrafted from real bronze, suitable for a belt´s width of 30mm. will be delivered complete with rivets and instructions, size ca.  62 x 35 mm. Leather sold separately.
