This beautiful little vessel is a miniature version of a large roman brazier from Pompeii. Due to the reduction, it can be used in many ways, for example as a tealight warmer, as a candlestick or as a burner for incense for an authentic roman house shrine (Lararium). As an atmospheric decoration object on the living room table, it fulfills it's purpose as well as equipping a museum educational presentation.
The small brazier is made of solid, temperature-resistant bronze and is intended for everyday use. If incinerators burn directly in the vessel, the basin should be placed on a fireproof base. The small brazier has decorative feet in the form of animal paws.
The diameter of the brazier is about 50 mm.
