The original of this small sculpture is part of a private collection in southern Germany. Our copy was reconstructed with an additional eyelet to make it usable as a pendant. The figure has it´s paralleles in the alpes region. Which special godness was displayed is unknown, because there are no written evidences about the ancient celtic world of gods by the celts themselves. There where a couple of local gods, demons and mythical spirits, being embraced at natural places such as bogs, forest clearings, stones, caves or water sources. The original has got a pin at it´s feet for being stuck in soft soil oder wood, this variant is also available at this store. The figure is 60 mm high.
