During the early empire, among soldiers it was common to attach 4-8 leather straps hanging down at the military belt. When the soldiers were sitting, this apron avoids deeper insights underneath the tunika, and it was highly decorated as a status symbol.
The strap ends were often decorated with leaf-shaped pendants. Our reproduction bases on the original find kat. no. 1277 from Vindonissa/Switzerland. 3 parts, handcrafted from bronze, will be delivered with rivet for attachment.

Picture 2 shows the combination of this apron pendant with the enameled apron terminal plate no. 549101 (sold separately).
At request also available as raw piece with 20% discount.
