Roman sword scabbard fitting for suspending the carrying strap (Balteus), replica of an imported find from the northern European bog find of Vimose / DK. The length of this specimen, dating from the late 2nd or early 3rd century, is 105mm. The assembly can be done by riveting the pins before the sword scabbard is put together, or afterwards by gluing and wrapping.
