Our viking terslev style pendants are made from solid 925 silver and will be delivered with leather thong. Diameter ca. 52 mm.
Among the finest jewellery of the viking age are pendants made in filigree and granulation techniques. High quality masterpieces of the ancient craftmanship are the Thor's hammer from Schonen and the pendants of Hiddensee.
Imitating the karolingian and ottonic artwork, all around the Baltic Sea emerge pendants and brooches in the so-called Terslev-style. Some gold pendants with looped cross ornaments in filigree and granulation techniques were found at Hedeby.
